My name is Emma Taconta Thompson. I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2020, with a major in business and a minor in digital marketing. I earned and was the recipient of several endowments including the Molly H. Dobson scholarship and the Wayne Metro Community Action Agency award. Compelled and determined to give back I founded Sugafree Designs and Strategies LLC which houses the TLAB, (Think Like A Boss), a growing network of minority women engaging, educating and bartering business services. 

I love playing games with my family and friends, doing it myself (DIY), karaoke, traveling, and creating art. I am a bit of a private investigator: I love a good mystery, some true crime, a docuseries, and in another life, I would’ve loved to study law or forensics.
